For anyone who’s ever drifted off halfway through a conversation, forgotten what someone was saying while they were still saying it, or accidentally started thinking about penguins during a discussion about mortgage rates.
Featuring the reassuring message “YOU’RE NOT BORING, I HAVE ADHD”, followed by the slightly less reassuring footnote “*YOU MIGHT BE BORING”.
Because sometimes it’s ADHD. Sometimes it’s the conversation. And sometimes it’s both.
An original design from The ADHD Adults Podcast, combining ADHD awareness, questionable humour and absolutely no guarantees that you’ll remember why you walked into a room.
Perfect for: Adults with ADHD, neurodivergent humour enthusiasts, and anyone who’s ever said “Sorry, what?” four times in the same conversation.
